吳奇隆2009年和前妻馬雅舒離婚，當時八卦雜誌還爆出，離婚主因是馬雅舒給吳奇隆戴了綠帽子，但傳出離婚條件居然是把名下6棟大陸的房產和 五千多萬現金全給了前妻，相當於淨身出戶，尤其是做錯事的還不是男方。而從頭到尾吳奇隆沒有在媒體面前說過一句難聽話，當時還傳出離婚4年，馬雅舒每月收男方匯來的贍養費。對此，她曾發長文強調沒占過吳奇隆一分錢的便宜，雙方經紀人則隔空喊話，「人在做，天在看」、「不是隨便說說。」
